The exercises described below... 

can help the student to begin contact with new fields of Ono-Zone/Divine Energy. 

They make him link with a sign and a symbol that are keys to this new cosmic awakening... 

that is taking place in the surface race.

EXERCISE WITH THE SIGN

The sign that looks like a question mark made in a double line represents the question: WHAT AM I? 

The bottom of the sign is a schematic drawing depicting spaceships, the flying lights of the universe, on duty on Earth. 

The student should stare at the entire figure for 30 seconds, and then close their eyes. Then, he will mentally visualize the signal, making it successively change colors in the order that suits him best, or having all the colors present at the same time:

White <> Green

Red <> Blue-Violet

Orange <> Yellow-Orange

Pink <> Light Blue

Blue <> Green-Violet

Violet <> Yellow-White

He will then quiet his mind... 

until he begins to see the picture of the spaceship moving left and right repeatedly. 

The windows may appear yellow, violet or light blue, colors that correspond to the planetary Hierarchies that control the evolution of the student.

The exercise described should be done 20x in the morning, and 20x in the evening, at times that can be maintained regularly, at sunrise and sunset. For this, a reserved place must be chosen, where there are no interferences or interruptions. Preferably always the same place.

Once one has mastered this exercise, the student will be able to see, even keeping his eyes closed, significant passages or faces of those who are integrated into his own task, i.e. faces of those who help him in planetary service. 

Then he will move on to the exercise with the symbol... 

which is also a tuning job.
