France is among the places magnetically influenced by Lis, and the work that has been done in Lourdes is also fruit of its radiation. In France, the energy of Lis had a penetrating effect on humanity during the time of the monarchy, and for this reason the fleur-de-lis was used as a symbol of the royalty of that country. It also has esoteric meanings. Lis is not limited just to Fatima. As a vibratory level, Lis goes deeper than intra-terrestrial Fatima. Fatima could be understood as a vestment of this deeper nucleus. 

Lis-Fatima also participates in the melding [samensmelten] of the races, in the occult rather than the physical-genetic sense of the term. One of the tasks of this center is to inwardly stimulate the formation of etheric patterns that are used to mold the configuration of the sheath of the New Human. Whenever the inner connection with Lis-Fatima emerges in my being, a state of peace and purity comes over me, represented by a certain lake in Portugal. However, when attunement with another plane of that same center takes place, the impression is different, for an intense and rapid movement of energy is felt, a movement that has within itself profound order, a basis for future manifestations. 

There are places on the surface of the planet that maintain a direct energy relationship with this center of Lis-Fatima. However, there is no intention here of stimulating pilgrimages to sacred places. This would be a mere repetition of what has already happened in humanity's past, that contributed to retarding its evolution. Those who, on the physical plane truly need to arrive at some area connected with one of the intra-terrestrial centers, will certainly be led there. 

Fatima is a nucleus for transmutation of matter. 

As the more external counterpart of Lis, it acts on material strata, with the aim of furnishing each atom, cell or being with the redimensioning of energy needed to incorporate the new archetypal pattern that will be expressed there.
