EXERCISE WITH THE SYMBOL

The second exercise, with the symbol (see figure)... 

is for the student to do (not the student who recently started) and means AS UP, SO DOWN. 

It should be done 30x in the morning and 30x at night, under the same conditions of regularity and privacy mentioned in the previous exercise.



Gaze at the figure for 1 minute...

and then, with your eyes closed, internally visualize the rotation of the symbol: the top moves down, and the bottom moves up. Turning gives movement to the 12 colors (the same as in the previous exercise) that make up that figure. The two small triangles in the figure should be visualized in the color yellow.

The student will open his eyes when it is necessary to be brought back to the symbol, if by chance he has disengaged his attention from it.

In this exercise with the symbol...

the individual should perceive small points of white light approaching and moving away from him, as well as unknown musical sounds and harmonious movements in his body. You may also experience yourself leaving your physical body and entering it. 

The purpose of this exercise is this, and no other.

Both the student and the student can choose one of the Hierarchies of Miz Tli Tlan, as a guide for their training. Amuna Kur is the only Hierarchy that should not be invoked to assist in the execution of these exercises. 

Once the student masters them, he should not go beyond 60 days practicing them, to avoid mental crystallizations and so that he can observe himself detachedly. Detachment is the main factor in discipline. Lack of concern for results is essential for the soul to be free to express itself.

After having consciously done these tasks, the student will be able to perform the exercise with colors. However, it would be convenient that before undertaking it, you consult an initiate who already has mastery over the matter, since it is a more advanced exercise. Yet, none of these jobs require the individual to have meditative training.
