how to be thankful?
Who is giving the example today of how to be thankful?
Because the entire culture around is saying, don’t be thankful. Because thankfulness brings satisfaction to you. You must not be satisfied. You must say more, and more, and more. Who is teaching a man to sit down to learn how to be grateful to his Lord - whether he is given a rose or a thorn?
Only Allah’s Friends.
Those who have stood at the door of Thankfulness and have never moved, whether Allah gives the roses or whether He gives the thorns.
Because the Friends of Allah, they place duty above everything else.
This is the 'Shaan' of a man.
His responsibility.
His duty.
