There has been a war raging in South Africa.

A war between good and evil.

A war between darkness and light.

A war between the ways of men and my ways.

The time has come for the world to witness the rebirth of South Africa.

I announce Babylon has fallen.

Fallen, fallen, fallen has Babylon the Great.

Her systems, idols and images are shattered on the ground, never to rise again! 

I have seen how cruelly My people have been treated. 

I have heard them cry out to be rescued from their slave drivers.

I know all about their sufferings.

And so I have come down to rescue them and bring them out into a spacious land.

South Africa, your time has come, your moment has come to root out the evils in the land.

I have given you the pattern! 

I have given you a weapon! 

I have raised up a David! 

I have raised him up for you. 

I have raised him up for Africa. 

I have raised him up for the nations of the world. 

A king with fear and trembling at My presence. 

A king with integrity.

I have raised up a son who will institute My laws in this land. 

I have breathed upon him. 

I have breathed upon the people of South Africa. 

I have breathed upon the oppressed.

I have raised up an army of sons and daughters, fine men and women of integrity. 

I have handpicked them [met de hand uitgekozen]. 

They are called, they are positioned and equipped.

They are so good, you would not be able to ignore them.

I have raised up an army of glorious man and women in different kinds of prisons. 

Men and women that I have prepared for many years behind bars. 

I have prepared them for My Glory! 

Where they are, they are known.

They live, eat and breathe My Word.

Their time to serve humanity has come.

Receive them. Receíve them.

Receive them now.

Receive their transformation.

On this day, I am announcing My Government.

I am publically appointing the South African House of Issachar.

This is a team of professionals, men and women...

appointed to the country's House of Spiritual Intelligence.

Here is an army of sons and daughters, seers, intercessors...

who by My Spirit know the times, seasons and prophetic direction of the nations.

By My Spirit.

These ones are intense in prayer, in tune with My Spirit... 

clothed with the spirit of humility and service.

They are well prepared through the fires of life.

They are not moved by hman pressure or spirit of Mammon.

They are know for their valor [moed], they have great courage.

They posses resilience, and maturity to wait on My instructions.

Before action, before I show them: 'Here is the Way, walk in it'...

they move not by might, not by power, but by My Spirit.

The House of Issachar will rely on My Word for discernment.

Revelations, inspirations for solutions to respond to the challenges in society.

I have given them the dominion mandate and authoriy to tap into My Wisdom.

I have given them wide open access to scrolls for rebuilding nations.

To receive My Direction and to know what the country ought to do.

This army of professionals is My Gift to the nation.

A blessing to you, South Africa.

I have raised up an army, an army in educational institutions. 

These ones burn! They burn with My Love. 

And in this season, they will confound the wise... 

with signs, wonders and miracles.
