Today I visit a place that I have conceived as very special for My Heart. 

Today I descend in Glory over My House... 

and the House of all the Children of Mary, throughout the world.

From here, the foundations will emerge... 

to be able to live true prayer, filled with the most absolute Love. 

From here, the redeemed flowers of My Heavenly Garden will be born.

That is why, dear children...

that in order to establish a part of My Kingdom... 

and thus maternally consecrate this House... 

I had to open the doors for the liberation of everything that prevented this city... 

from receiving My Maternal Grace again.

It is thus, dear children, that today I consecrate this House... 

as the ancient and sacred House of your Mother, Mary of Nazareth. 

I would like this to be the Home of Poor Souls. 

Where they could find the food of prayer for their spirits... 

and, at the same time, the reunion with Love.

For this reason, today I universally bless this House... 

with the name of “Our Lady of the Poor”... 

so that the same spirit of My simplicity and humility... 

may be reflected in this place... 

so that, in simplicity and humility, the poor souls feel loved... 

and accepted by their peers.

Thus, the House... 

of the Children of Mary, of Our Lady of the Poor... 

will have the mission... 

of creating for this city, for the nation and for the world... 

a very powerful planetary channel of prayer... 

so that all the spiritual wounds of poor souls are cured and healed... 

by the mission that the Children of Mary will fulfill here.

For this, dear children...

today your Celestial Mother places the seven Guardian Angels of My Kingdom in this House...

those who will protect and accompany each prayer that will be recited and built from your hearts.

The House of the Lady of the Poor should be known throughout the world.

So that the souls know that they will have a place to turn to, and be protected. 

Today I join the children who conceived this sacred space... 

with love, dedication, harmony, devotion and gratitude.
