about the intraterrestrial civilization, the civilization of Miz Tli Tlan...
was provided to us by a Member of the Alpha and Omega Council who travels in an extra-terrestrial ship. The work that in collaboration with that being we are carrying out, constitutes a great evolutionary opportunity for us.
It fell to us to coordinate and develop the material that was passed on to us, material that was originally even written with a different syntax than the ones we knew. Some paragraphs were deliberately hermetic, and where possible, we tried to make them more understandable.
In those cases, we asked for the supervision of that Member, who was with us whenever necessary, revising and amplifying what we wrote.
The Alpha and Omega Council...
is made up of beings that, although they are not three-dimensional, can incarnate on our planet.
They came from different places of this and other galaxies, to contribute in the work of planetary development, with the Intra-terrestrial and Extra-terrestrial Hierarchies, and with the self-summoned civilization of the surface of the Earth, that are preparing to carry out a certain task, useful for planetary evolution.
On the physical terrestrial plane, that Council is made up of seven incarnated members, but on the cosmic plane it is made up of twelve, because five of those members do not incarnate. This group meets for a period of eleven years, after which its participants rotate with other beings from various points of the universe.
