So Isa a.s. is coming with the same message at it's core of Musa a.s.
His prayer is described as standing, kneeling, falling on his face in prostration.
When the Council of Nicea came, it forbade the kneeling and the prostration.
But some of the eastern churches refused, so they maintained the sujood and ruku.
And Salman saw the Christians in Persia still doing ruku and sujood.
And what was his dawa like?
Well, the call of Isa pbuh was to people of conscience.
People of piety and taqwa [fear of God].
That the message has been spoiled.
That the hearts have been hardened.
And they have been hardened even more so than stones.
So a lot of His call focused on softening the hearts.
A lot of His examples were parables as we see...
that focus on good character, that focus on piety, on sincerity...
on the spirit of that which Musa a.s. brought rather than on what the letter of the Law said.
