The first thing He says, is that He is abdullah.

He declares that He is here in servitude to Allah swt.

By doing so, He immediately clarifies He is not God.

Ánd He clears the name of Maryam a.s.

Then, He speaks to the future.

He will give me a Book, and He will make Me into a Prophet.

And He made Me Blessed, wherever I may be.

Not just blessed in Jerusalem, not just blessed in Egypt.

Blessed wherever I may be, in both comings...

both the first coming of Christ and the second.

And He has entrusted Me with the prayer... 

and with the zakat, alms giving.

As long as He is alive...

in both comings.

In both comings will He uphold the Law of the Prophets before Him.

If you think about it, the first coming Isa a.s. upholds the Law of Moses.

The second coming will uphold the Law of Muhammad a.s.

So it is interesting, because He comes with a mandate... 

to uphold the Laws that come before Him as well.

And He has made Me dutifull to My Mother.

And He has not made Me one who is wicked...

or one who brings some sort of deprivation to the one He is born to.

It is said that one of the signs of wickedness of the time is the disrespect to the parents.

And it is said that this is also one of the signs of the Day of Judgment.

The idea of children treating their parents like slaves...

that is sort of the end of the road for people...

So Isa a.s. upholds His duty to His Mother.

And it is really powerful, because it speaks again to the virtue of Maryam.

That one of the reasons for His sending was to honor His Mother.
