as Christ did, before leaving he gave his last messages:

1. be happy in the world, but let your mind transcend it

2. the mind is a wanderer, only God's name can give it direction

3. God's name on the lips = salvation in hand !

4. meditation brings one untold gain, the chánting of God's name however...
