Meanwhile, the dream, in the same manner and terms as the previous night, is repeated two more times.
Therefore, around 11 pm on August 14th, Teodoro and Elvio Martinelli, who does not know the destination, leave for the Jaddico district.
Once here, Teodoro stops the car on the side of the road and passes a cliff about three meters deep, goes on alone and approaches the ruin. He places the flowers in a makeshift [geïmproviseerde] container, lights a couple of candles, and after having said a few prayers, returns to his friend, who is waiting for him. He makes the return journey with him, as he did the outward journey.
On the evening of August 20th...
Teodoro returns, together with his wife, to the now well-known district and places the flowers in the same makeshift container.
While he is about to light the candles, the ruin, as if by magic, lights up with an intense light that makes the fresco of the Virgin brilliant.
The lighting lasts for a few minutes. Theodore is immersed in it, and having gathered his strength, he pronounces these words: 'Tell me what you want, my Madonna, and I will make myself Your servant, to satisfy You.'
On August 27th, at midnight...
the same phenomenon occurs. This time, however, it is not only d'Amici's wife to assist him, but also the children Teresa and Tonino, Mr. Elvio Martinelli with his wife Maria Moretto, and the latter's parents.
As soon as they arrive, Theodoro goes towards the wall. Even before he arrives, in front of the image of Mary, a huge light strikes the whole surrounding countryside, coming from the wall.
The others present, petrified [versteend] and taken by emotion, fall to their knees, one after the other, and begin to pray. They see Theodore kneeling in front of the painting, surrounded by that light. Then when all is over, Theodore gets up and staggers over [wankelt] to join them.
Everyone is silent. Now no one asks any more questions, no one is perplexed and doubts anymore what had happened a few days earlier.
